Final Project Specification
This project focuses on designing an automatic seal tape wrapping machine to improve efficiency and consistency in LPG valve sealing. Using the VDI 2206 design methodology and SolidWorks for 3D modeling, the final prototype achieves a cycle time of 5–6 seconds per valve, with a production capacity of up to 3,900 valves per day.
